Becoming a member of Epsom Players is a great way to become involved in the society and all of the theatrical performances and social events that we run.
Our membership period runs from 1st January to 31st December.
Our annual acting membership fee is £40 for new members or returning members who have had a break in their membership.
For members who are continuing their acting membership, the annual fee is reduced to £30.
Expectations from Epsom Players
There are of course some responsibilities as a member of Epsom Players. As a minimum, the society expects that all members will:
- Actively promote the good name, reputation and profile of the Society in the local and surrounding areas.
- Attend all rehearsals that you are called for
- Carry out the instructions of the production team
- Sell tickets for each show – whether or not you are taking part in the show being promoted
- Support other activities, events and ventures that the Society is involved in (such as fund raisers, Charity Concerts etc.)
- Ensure subscription fees are paid promptly
What your membership includes
As a valued member of the society not only will you be able to audition for any of our productions, but your membership also includes:
- Early bird booking on tickets for all of society’s main stage productions
- Discounted fee for the Society’s social events (where applicable)
- Discounted fee for the workshops that the Society runs
- The right to attend Annual General Meetings, auditions and rehearsals for the Society
- The right to vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Society
- The right to perform in the Society’s productions, providing a successful audition
